Organic Quick Oats

Organic Oat Bran is made from the outer layer of the oat grain. Oat bran contains beta-glucan, a form of soluble fibre, which may help to reduce cholesterol levels. Oat bran has a low glycaemic index (GI), so may help to stabilise blood sugar levels and support weight loss efforts by increasing the sense of fullness after meals and reducing hunger. 
Oat bran is often added to breakfast cereals, smoothies and used in baking to add additional fibre and texture.

Allergen advice - While these oats are considered low gluten (<5ppm) or ‘uncontaminated’ under Europe and USA regulations, the Australian Food Standards Code prohibits the use of a ‘gluten-free’ claim on oat containing products. Therefore, we must state that these oats may contain gluten and may not be suitable for those with coeliac disease.
